As a small business with a dedicated fan base, we want to keep you happy and make things right! If you need a reprint or a return on your print because of damage or defect please contact us. We'll try to work something out so that you stay happy and that your product is showcased the best way possible.

In your email please include your name, email address, order number, the reason for the reprint or refund, and any pictures/proof showing the damage.

Please note: Minor imperfections may happen with international shipping or limited edition prints that may be sold out. If we can't replace it we will try to offer discounts on another purchase or a full refund.

If the product was delivered by the postal carrier and the tracking information verifies such, we cannot be held responsible. Please follow up with the postal carrier for a refund.

What is the difference between paper versions?

Great question! I wanted to make two versions 1) to give people options for different sizes and 2) to give people the option of affordability. Both are great options but I've outlined some differences below.

A) Glossy Kauai Fine Art Prints

1) The glossy photo paper is a good quality print that is 8x10" (20 x 25 cm). The glossy print will look shiny compared to a matte print because the coat reflects light. Please Note: This is actually smaller than the original painting which was painted on 11x14" (28 x 36 cm) canvas so the painting will be smaller on the print but is a perfect common size to frame.

2) This glossy photo paper is for affordability and so please note that it is NOT an archival quality print. It will look just as good on your walls as the archival print but is not designed to last for over a hundred years as an archival fine art print will. It is made with dye ink that can be prone to fading and paper that may need care with age. If taken proper care these prints can last longer but are not designed to like a fine art print. That being said they have a wider range of colour and a lower cost.

3) This version is not signed by the artist nor comes with a certificate of authenticity (COA).

B) Fine Art Prints Hahnemühle Photo Rag® Baryta Glossy

1) This is one of the highest quality papers in the art business! It will be a glossy print - meaning that it will reflect light thereby have a quality of glare/"shininess" like the original painting. This is also coming in at the original size of my painting so there will be no shrinkage and you'll be able to see all the detail of the original.

2) This is an archival museum quality fine-art print. This is made to last and all quality art is printed on these types of paper. So why does it last longer than the photo glossy print? It's a thick boy at 315GSM (grams per square meter) and isn't made of wood pulp - its made of 100% cotton which is stronger and more flexible. In addition, this paper is Acid- and lignin-free which can contribute to degradation over time with exposure to light and air. Lastly, instead of dye ink, this print will be printed using pigment ink which is fade resistant for many more years compared to dye ink.

3) This version is signed by the artist, hand-numbered and comes with a COA.
All Prints are "made to order" in a limited run. Once the limited run is sold there will be no more of this print sold. Expect a delay for shipping in order to accommodate time for printing (e.g. around 5-10 business days) and then a few weeks for the actual shipping.
